Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Safety Programs: Collaborate with our teams to design and implement effective health, safety, and wellbeing programs, including training and competency frameworks.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that our organization meets all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislative requirements.
  • Identify Best Practices: Research and implement best practices in health, safety, and wellbeing to enhance our organization's performance.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) and be a member of IOSH.
  • Experience: Possess extensive experience in health, safety, and wellbeing advisory roles, with a proven track record of improving health, safety, and wellbeing performance.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
