We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director - UX/UI Design to lead our design department at Bright Purple in Central Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional user experiences.

About the Role

As the Creative Director - UX/UI Design, you will oversee the development of design systems, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in design systems, including Figma.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design leadership and UX/UI expertise.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, as well as shares/equity with the company based on success and hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office.
