**THE POSITION**

Crunchy Carrots is at an exciting point in our long-term legacy with an ever expanding client base, consistent growth in our team, and definitive ambitions to be the provider of choice for all things marketing throughout Scotland.

As such, we are looking to hire an experienced Photo and Videographer to join our patch.

Working as an integral part of the team, the photographer and videographer is a key player in creating cutting edge content to support the grown and success of any marketing plan our clients require. Crunchy Carrots is a company that believes individuals grow by being given strong accountability, and will deliver excellence on their desire to want to work, not have to. Your role will ensure that this culture is maintained and at the heart of everything we do.

Strong in the ways of creativity, you will let your colours shine through your content, painting pictures and moving art that capture the imagination. Aiming to have maximum impact for the growth of our clients, you will understand the impact the different types of content will have in different circumstances.

Your strengths in digital creativity will be paramount, able to demonstrate best practice in all photo or video areas of social media, websites, and any space the role dictates. These skills will be the basis of the team’s development, as well as our clients’ ROI, and you will be able to competently know how to best utilise the camera’s lens to create maximum effect.

With that said, this role needs a strong people person at heart. Someone with the strength to motivate and excite the team, our clients, and themselves, for the bight future ahead of us

**THE ROLE**

**Creative Experience**:
Competent in the creation of engaging content through multiple design suites such as Adobe, Final Cut, Canva, and Office Suite.

Strong understanding of the scientific make-up of engaging content, transitions, tone, voice, music, and sound.

Competency in video editing, effects, animation, and post production.

Strength in photography techniques; example: exposure, lighting, colour, depth.

Understanding of photography types (photo and video) and the effectiveness of each; examples: portraits, products, motion shots, staged, natural.

**Organisation**:
Work to an extensive plan with timed actions centred around content planning, journey time, content capture, editing, and distribution.

Support Crunchy Carrot collegues to ensure content is relevant, themed appropriately, and effective on ROI.

Keep within timed expectations of client SLA and agreed Productive hours to avoid overspend.

Work to continuously find new methods of working to ensure maximum productivity for client and Crunchy Carrots.

Keeping the team motivated on all things photo and video capture.

**Client Management**:
Clear, concise, and timely communication with clients to ensure a shared understanding of goals, expectations, and project progress.

Educating clients on photograph and video digital marketing, methodologies, and the value of various strategies to ensure a collaborative and informed partnership.

The ability to understand and assess the unique needs, challenges, and objectives of each client, using photo and video as a strong solution where necessary.

Effectively discussing scopes of work, and timings to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Crunchy Carrots

Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients diplomatically, ensuring a positive and constructive resolution that preserves the relationship.

**Development**:
Support the team to help their knowledge of photo and video to grow with techniques and creative processes.

Always promote the
