Key Responsibilities


  • Perform a wide range of modifications, including bodywork, suspension, engine performance upgrades, interior enhancements, and electrical installations.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to determine vehicle issues and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Work closely with other technicians, engineers, designers, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.


Requirements


  • A minimum of City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in automotive technology or a related field.
  • Land Rover training to level 3 or 4 is preferred but not critical.
  • A full, valid, and clean UK driving licence.
  • Proven experience in vehicle customisation, including proficiency in fabrication and installation techniques is preferred but not critical.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems and components.


What We Offer


  • A competitive starting salary of £16-20 per hour, based on experience.
  • A permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with opportunities for paid overtime.
  • A company pension scheme and on-site parking.
