Description
We are working with an Industrial Manufacturer who are looking for a QA Admin Support (FTC basis with the chance of going perm) to join their site based in Thirsk.
Responsibilities
Provide the objective evidence in an organised and structured way which is in accordance with the quality system/standards.
Prove to the client that the company is meeting towards the projects specifications which were agreed.
Ensure that the required project specific information is placed in the correct area on Workspace, hard-copies and/or local project folders.
Review documentation, identify any errors and arrange for correction as needed.
Check all Supplier Test Certification against Purchase Orders and relevant specifications, to ensure there is material traceability.
Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers.
Assisting the project with supplier issues/NCRs.
Escalate any errors or delays in material traceability to the Project and Quality Managers.
Assist with NCR and SAM software - creating contracts, downloading reporting information.
Any other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary, within your ability to carry outEducation/Qualifications
Needs to be IT Literate with a good standard of education, including Maths and English
Have previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Have attention to detail and will STOP any errors progressing until they are corrected,
Use to working with a high volume of information.
Good communication skills.
Nuclear Safety awareness (or similarly highly regulated industry, e.g. legal, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace, medical etc.) an advantage but training and support will be given.
Be able to prioritise workload.Salary/Benefits
