Debt Recovery Specialist

Sacco Mann is a leading national law firm based in Newcastle city centre.
We are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Specialist to join our busy Debt department, with an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The recovery of debts through effective communication and negotiation with clients.
- Negotiating payments and settlements to resolve outstanding debts.
- Assisting in the issuing of court proceedings, enforcements, and bankruptcy as necessary.
- Winding up petitions to recover unpaid debts.
- Maintaining telephone contact with courts, solicitor firms, and other external parties to ensure efficient case management.
- Supporting with document management to maintain accurate records.
- Filing client matter records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting fee earners with any other legal documents as required.
As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will have previous paralegal experience and strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise daily tasks effectively.
This role offers a hybrid home and office arrangement once your probation period has ended, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
