Marketing and Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our team at Heart of Kent Hospice. As a key member of our fundraising and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that drive support for our charity and maximize fundraising opportunities.
Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you will create engaging and emotive campaigns that win hearts and minds, and bring people together to support our Hospice. With a strong background in direct marketing and data management, you will be able to reach audiences through offline channels and support a digital-first approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive support for our charity and maximize fundraising opportunities
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create engaging and emotive campaigns that win hearts and minds
- Manage and lead people to thrive, ensuring excellent customer and supporter care
- Experience in managing expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and day-to-day budget management and reporting
- Experience with data analysis and using insight to progress future activity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
At Heart of Kent Hospice, we believe that everyone deserves compassionate, expert care when there is no cure for their illness and when they have a limited time left to live. We are an independent local charity in the Heart of Kent, offering a wide range of services to support local people and their loved ones who are living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
We provide specialist care and support to adults who have a terminal illness, as well as their families, friends, and carers. Our vision is that everyone living with a terminal illness in our community will have the best quality of life, and our purpose is to enable people with a terminal illness in our community to live with comfort, independence, and dignity to the end of their lives, and to support those closest to them.
