About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our digital team at the Welsh Ambulance NHS Trust. As a Senior ICT Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of our ICT Infrastructure systems and servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of ICT Infrastructure systems and servers.
  • Provide expert and effective ICT support services, predominantly in development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance across a range of ICT applications and systems.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical problems, providing effective solutions that make use of suitable ICT systems.
  • Develop or create reports, documents, diagrams for use by ICT or for wider presentation.
  • Assist with the investigation of all adverse events, ensure the independent review of incidents, to support the investigation, identifying the root cause and ensure that appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions are developed, actioned, and monitored.
