Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support overall business objectives.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering sales literature toolkits, analysing market trends, producing engaging content, monitoring key marketing metrics, and designing and managing social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and support overall business objectives
  2. Create and deliver sales literature toolkits, including content development and design
  3. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform actionable marketing strategies
  4. Produce engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, and website copy, to enhance brand positioning and thought leadership
  5. Monitor key marketing metrics and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  6. Design and manage social media campaigns, including content creation and advertising
Requirements
  • Experience managing Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proven track record of leading successful email marketing campaigns, utilising email marketing tools
  • High-level proficiency in social media scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Events management experience
Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
