Mechanical Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Manager to join our team at Bubb Talent. As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical works on residential projects, ensuring that the installation is carried out in accordance with the client's requirements, scope of works, drawings, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly supervisor H&S site walks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct toolbox talks every week to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Understand and be able to work to a program and report delays to ensure the project stays on track.
- Coordinate labour and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Record and manage VOs (Variation Orders) to ensure accurate project costing.
- Test sheets filed out to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Trained as a plumber/pipefitter with a successful track record as a Site Manager of a residential project upwards of £1 million M&E.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
