About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applied Psychologist to join our Sandwell Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work in a fast-paced environment to provide psychological assessments, formulation, care planning, and brief psychological interventions to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective care plans to support individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide brief psychological interventions and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local universities and other organizations to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in regular reflective practice groups and supervision to ensure high-quality care and professional growth.
