Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial technology law, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients on a range of commercial technology matters, including software development, digital media, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial technology matters, including software development, digital media, and IT.
  • Work closely with our specialist business teams to provide a comprehensive range of services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial technology law, and provide guidance and advice to our clients on emerging trends and issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in commercial technology law, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
