Senior Healthcare Coordinator

£34,000 per annum

This Care Management Professional opportunity has arisen due to expansion within our company, CV-Library. The role involves coordinating care schedules for clients and staff, conducting new client assessments and regular care package reviews, as well as participating in the on-call rota with additional pay.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a home care/domiciliary service, including team leading, and will possess strong organisational skills to manage care schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate care schedules for clients and staff.
  • Conduct new client assessments and regular care package reviews.
  • Provide some hands-on care in the field when required.
  • Participate in the on-call rota with additional pay.
  • Lead, support, and mentor care staff to deliver high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience within a home care/domiciliary service, including team leading.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage care schedules effectively.
  • A proactive, compassionate approach to providing exceptional care.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
