Waterman Aspen is seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Area Manager. As a key player in our infrastructure projects, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest projects in the UK, delivering professional services to a diverse range of clients.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical specialists to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a strong professional network within the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring a deep understanding of costs, finance, and market trends.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, MEng, or MSc, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of costs, finance, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Proven business development and leadership skills, with experience of developing and implementing commercial strategies.
  • A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
