We are seeking an experienced Bank Registered Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care, conducting regular assessments to identify changing needs and adapting care plans accordingly. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, conducting regular assessments and adapting care plans as needed

Requirements

To succeed as a Bank Registered Nurse at Four Seasons Health Care Group, you must have:

  • A current NMC registration
  • A good understanding of dementia care and current clinical practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
