Classroom Educator

As a leading education agency, we are seeking a qualified Reception Class Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. This full-time maternity cover position will see you working in a two-form-entry primary school in Thame, providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for your students.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the Early Years curriculum, with the ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of their class. They will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organised classroom, working effectively with other staff members, and monitoring student progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans
- Assessing and reporting student progress
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements for this role include:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting
- Good classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively with SEND students
