About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Training Manager to join our Learning and Development team at White & Case LLP. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing compliance training programs that support the Firm's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Office of the General Counsel, HR Compliance & Immigration, Global Learning & Development, and Global Professional Support, to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement compliance training initiatives, leveraging digital learning platforms and other innovative tools to enhance the Firm's LMS and development offerings.
  • Work closely with HR Compliance & Immigration to develop and maintain training frameworks, monitoring guidelines, and continuously improve the Compliance training framework and curricula.
  • Organise and deliver training sessions, including seminars, workshops, webinars, regional curricula, and e-learning modules, ensuring high-quality content and engaging presentations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in designing and implementing Legal/Compliance training in professional services, preferably with a global law firm like White & Case LLP.
  • Strong background in learning and development, learning design, training delivery, learning technology, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various client groups, manage contracts with external trainers and vendors, and drive business outcomes.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), with proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and inclusive and culturally sensitive approach, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
