Deputy Care Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the Home Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the care staff and ensuring that they are trained and supervised to provide excellent care.
  • Take charge of the care home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that the care of our residents is not compromised.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors, ensuring that we provide a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience - Essential
