Deputy Care Home Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Deputy Care Home Manager, you will play a vital role in the management of our care home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of care home operations, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Oversee the care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
  • Assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external care professionals, families, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
