Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Outpatient Reception Team as a Medical Receptionist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Book patient appointments and manage clinic schedules using our Patient Administration System
- Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including data entry and record-keeping
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with patients, staff, and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Caldicott recommendations and Health Records Management policies

Person Specification- Good standard of numeracy and literacy, with the ability to write legibly
- Recent administrative or customer service experience, with evidence of ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Highly accurate data inputting skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
