About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience for our customers.

As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Iceland, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing a high level of service. You will be required to work independently, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work independently, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A current driving licence (held for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 points).
  • A winning way with people from all walks of life.
  • Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing as late as 11pm.
