The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Digital Content Specialist to join our Communications and Engagement team. This role is crucial in shaping how we connect with our diverse audiences through engaging and informative digital content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Communications to develop and maintain our new intranet, as well as external websites for Mental Health Together and KMPT.
  • Create compelling and user-friendly content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and internal communications.
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to continuously improve the user experience across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with departments and teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain the information architecture for our intranet and websites, ensuring clear navigation and easy access to information.

About You

You are a creative and innovative individual with a passion for digital communications. You possess excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of WCAG principles. Your collaborative nature allows you to effectively work with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
