Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Transportation Specialist to join our team at Westonbirt School, providing a daily collection/drop off service and transporting pupils on trips and matches.

The ideal candidate will hold a current unrestricted D or D1 licence, driver CPC card and tacho card. However, training can be provided for drivers who do not currently hold these qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe and punctual transportation of pupils
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Confidence in interacting with children
  • Able to maintain a good atmosphere on the bus
  • Warm and flexible approach
  • Show initiative and work well on their own and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this role is £12,030.00 per annum, based on 22/25 hours per week and an hourly rate of £14.39.
