About the Role:

The Deputy Park Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and empowering a highly motivated and talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food hygiene and safety standards
  • Support the Park Manager in coaching and developing both management and team members
  • Be commercially and financially astute, with the ability to run the business when the Park Manager is out of the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leisure/adventure/family park management role
  • Experience delivering events
  • Experience of working with children
  • Experience with financial data and KPI management
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • Excellent customer service and engagement skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
  • Tech savvy
  • Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications
  • IOSH qualification desirable
  • A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks etc.
