About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to coordinate activities for people with a dementia diagnosis and their carers. This role involves leading various face-to-face and online groups across North Somerset, Bristol, and South Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will provide a supportive environment for participants and have excellent communication skills.

**Job Summary**
As our Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging activities that promote social interaction and support among group members. You will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless delivery of services and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and lead face-to-face and online groups for people with a dementia diagnosis and their carers
* Create and implement engaging activities that promote social interaction and support
* Collaborate with our team to ensure effective service delivery
* Provide excellent customer service and support to group members
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

**Requirements:**
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience working with people with dementia and their carers
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
