The ideal candidate will have previous culinary experience, preferably in a management role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven leadership and expert client management.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results, driving quality and consistency in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Deliver contractual terms and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring seamless partnerships.
  • Analyse and manage costs, monitor GP and sales records to drive business growth and optimise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement company promotions and reduce food wastage, maintaining high standards throughout the kitchen.
  2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, ensuring proper use of equipment and a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven leadership.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and driving business growth through effective cost management.
