Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a dedicated Therapist for Adults with Complex Needs to join our team.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work in a 75-bed hospital for men and women with mental health problems, leading group therapeutic sessions to promote effective communication and empowerment.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a designated caseload, using theoretical and practical experience to complete assessments, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes. You will also contribute to research and development in the provision of treatments, applying your specialist knowledge in mental health care services.

About the Role:
  • Salary: up to £42,000 per annum
  • Annual leave (33 days including Bank Holidays), birthday off, free meals and parking, wellbeing support, career development, pension contribution, life assurance, and enhanced maternity package

Job Requirements: Hierarchical Certification of Practitioner qualification, experience in managing a caseload involving assessment and treatment of dysphagia, ability to work with families, evidence of continuing professional development
