HR and Payroll Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Assistant to join our team at New Appointment Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, processing expenses, and ensuring the compliant administration of payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the HR system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Process and monitor employee expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Administer payroll, including calculating salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
