HRUC Regulatory Specialist

This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing HRCU's people policies and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, reviewing and updating HRCU's policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Implementing processes to monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Creating a compliance monitoring system to track the completion of mandatory training programmes.
- Creating reports on compliance status for senior management.
- Being first point of contact for compliance, policy, and complaints-related queries.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience in a compliance/regulatory related role and a strong understanding of education legislation and compliance regulations.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead the development and implementation of HRCU's people policies and processes.
