This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing HRCU's people policies and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, reviewing and updating HRCU's policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  2. Implementing processes to monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  3. Creating a compliance monitoring system to track the completion of mandatory training programmes.
  4. Creating reports on compliance status for senior management.
  5. Being first point of contact for compliance, policy, and complaints-related queries.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000-£65,000 per annum.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience in a compliance/regulatory related role and a strong understanding of education legislation and compliance regulations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead the development and implementation of HRCU's people policies and processes.
