Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a scalable financial crime infrastructure proportionate to the bank's ambition.
  • Lead and structure a sizable team across all areas of financial crime.
  • Work with key stakeholders to shape the bank's financial crime strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive salary of £160,000-£195,000 plus bonus and benefits.
