About the Role

The Product Owner is a key role in our Technical Product teams, responsible for engaging with clients to understand their challenges and working with Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in the domain, understanding customer and user needs, and product capabilities
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure goals and vision are clear and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with product designers and engineers to discover effective solutions and deliver them to the market
  • Product backlog management and defining low-level requirements to deliver product goals
  • Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, showcases, and retrospectives
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
  • Supporting market research on new features and products
  • Supporting sales and marketing events with demonstrations of new products and features
  • Facilitating workshops and delivering presentations to generate feedback
  • Mapping business processes and creating workflow models
Requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of product discovery and delivery techniques
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Superb diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to facilitate user workshops and brainstorming exercises
