Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a District Nursing Service Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and develop a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • To assess and develop care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • To identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • First-level Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Nurse Prescriber V150/300.
  • Evidence of post-registration education in related areas.
  • Evidence of leadership and management experience in a nursing setting.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £52,806 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
