We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Assistant. As a key member of our Property Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and sites.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and working closely with our health and safety and resilience teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and colleagues
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including effective space management, building infrastructure, and maintenance
  • Work closely with our health and safety and resilience teams to ensure all operational sites run smoothly and meet our high standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
