**Job Responsibilities**
- E nsure adherence to food hazard analysis protocols to prevent problems in the kitchen.
- Inspect all delivered food for freshness and dates before storing.
- Store food according to label instructions.
- Report any defects immediately.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate temperature checks for required temperatures regularly.
- Defrost freezers regularly to maintain optimal performance.
- Use single-service utensils once and dispose of them properly.
- Familiarize yourself with Safe Food Better Business documents.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50-£12.50 per hour.
