About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Learning Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and possibly Key Stage 5. Your role will involve planning and delivering engaging and innovative ICT lessons, covering key topics such as programming, digital literacy, and computational thinking.

The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for technology and education, with a commitment to student success. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the ICT curriculum, ensuring that students receive a world-class education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality ICT lessons, covering key topics such as programming, digital literacy, and computational thinking.
  • Prepare students for coursework, exams, and future careers in ICT and related fields.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the ICT curriculum.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events and activities.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • A degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related subject, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous teaching experience at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and education, with a commitment to student success.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new teaching strategies and digital tools.
