Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial support to the Aftermarket, Digital, and Supply Chain departments using detailed analytics and strong management information.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Business Partners to conduct commercial performance reviews and support monthly reporting.
  • Work closely with General Managers to set segment budgets/forecasts and develop financial solutions to maximize profitability.
  • Support achievement of strategic objectives through strong business partnering, provision of robust management information, and best-in-class advisory practices.
  • Provide high-quality financial support and guidance to the business based on a commercial understanding of the market, divisional objectives, growth drivers, and key success criteria.
  • Present monthly results at Segment/Commercial Team meetings, highlighting areas of concern and facilitating resolution.
  • Identify and manage key risks on a project and Segment basis.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and challenge decision-making based on sound financial and commercial reasoning.
