\Your Role
\We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in Buxton, Derbyshire, where you will be responsible for driving improvement across production and ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
\About the Job
\This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to lead through change and progress your career within our organization, working closely with our maintenance team to eliminate quality defects, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.
\You will be responsible for supporting and participating in the implementation and execution of our factory asset maintenance program, aimed at eliminating unplanned stops and optimizing maintenance costs.
\Key Responsibilities

- Participate in maintenance routines to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.\
- Support the implementation of maintenance methodologies and master breakdown analysis.\
- Ensure effective utilization of our AMM system and assist with the competence building plan for the maintenance team.\
- Collaborate with production to identify and address quality defects, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.\
- Assist with technical training programs for factory maintenance staff.\
- Liaise with the Asset Maintenance Manager to achieve maintenance objectives.\\
- Drive improvement across production and progress your career within our organization.\\
Requirements and Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A qualified Electrical and/or Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.\
- Experience in engineering management, preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environments.\
- Ability to motivate, influence, and coach through strong interpersonal skills.\
- Natural leadership ability, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.\
- Knowledge of TPM methodology and experience working in multifunctional teams.\\
