We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in Buxton, Derbyshire.

\

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

\

About the Role

\

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to drive improvement across production, working closely with our maintenance team to eliminate quality defects, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.

\

You will be responsible for supporting and participating in the implementation and execution of our factory asset maintenance program, aimed at eliminating unplanned stops and optimizing maintenance costs.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Participate in maintenance routines to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance activities.\
  • Support the implementation of maintenance methodologies and master breakdown analysis.\
  • Ensure effective utilization of our AMM system and assist with the competence building plan for the maintenance team.\
  • Collaborate with production to identify and address quality defects, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.\
  • Assist with technical training programs for factory maintenance staff.\
  • Liaise with the Asset Maintenance Manager to achieve maintenance objectives.\\
  • Lead through change and progress your career within our organization.\\
\

Requirements and Qualifications

\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • \
  • A qualified Electrical and/or Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.\
  • Experience in engineering management, preferably in FMCG related manufacturing environments.\
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and coach through strong interpersonal skills.\
  • Natural leadership ability, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.\
  • Knowledge of TPM methodology and experience working in multifunctional teams.\\
\
