About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at a well-established law firm. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing an existing caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Residential Property matters, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.
  • Work collaboratively with other conveyancers to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Specialist or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of managing a caseload of Residential Property matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
