Job Role: Person-Centred Care Professional

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Person-Centred Care Professional to join our team in East Fife. As a Person-Centred Care Professional, you will work closely with individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement person-centred care plans to promote independence and well-being.
2. Provide individualised support to individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support services.

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including continuous training opportunities, paid travel during shifts, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
