The successful candidate will have:

  • Main responsibilities:

    • Leading coaching and developing maintenance department
    • Providing health and safety practices within the site
    • Managing KPIs
    • Managing contractors and suppliers
    • Managing maintenance and CAPEX budgets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Higher National Diploma or higher
  • Management experience of engineering maintenance teams (5 years)
  • Essential experience in the food industry
  • Nebosh or IOSH qualified and practiced (desired)
  • Knowledge and experience in optimization of facilities and processes
  • Customer-oriented and with good leadership and planning ability
