Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Room Leader to lead and inspire a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to our young students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for children
  • Delivering and planning rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to support child development
  • Maintaining strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet individual child needs
  • Promoting child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar
  • A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding principles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
