Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Coordinator to manage our inventory and logistics operations across the UK market. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise transfers and daily operations between multiple stores and warehouses
  • Maintain accurate data management and timely reporting
  • Ensure smooth operations through effective communication between retail, warehouse, and headquarters
  • Handle customs clearance and process logistics invoices for reimbursement
  • Participate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, ensuring proper stock management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business or STEM fields
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good organisational abilities

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary £42,000 - £50,000 per year, plus a bonus/commission scheme based on individual performance.
