About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with complex mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You should also have experience of working with patients with complex mental health needs and be able to demonstrate a proactive and compassionate approach to care.
