As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable menu advice and take guest orders, attending to their needs while actively upselling and tracking timely delivery from order to service.
- Prepare cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair for both the bar counter and the room, entertaining guests and providing seamless service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Fulfill special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink preferences, and special occasions, showcasing your ability to think creatively and provide exceptional service.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic are essential for success in this role.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
