Machine Learning Project Manager

Arm is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of software projects that drive innovation in the field of Machine Learning. As a key member of the Central Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software delivery management, with experience in leading projects using Agile or iterative development methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results, meeting project timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution and minimizing project delays.
- Implement and maintain project governance processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.
- Proven experience in software delivery management, with a strong track record of leading projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with Agile or iterative development methods, with a strong understanding of project governance processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in project management software such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience with Open-Source Software and its adoption in software development.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and their application in software development.
- Experience with supporting tools commonly used in Arm project management.
