We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our established and successful Tendering Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bid writing process, developing relationships with stakeholders, and driving strategic tender projects to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Kingdom Group of services and our bid writing process.
  • Manage shared email accounts and create relationships with bid stakeholders.
  • Maintain a tender pipeline on the CRM (Hubspot) to drive automated results reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bid success rates.
  • Collaborate with the wider Kingdom team to drive continuous development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience of bid writing, particularly in facilities management and/or recruitment tender writing.
  • Excellent English grammar skills and ability to understand complex questions and clarifications.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • PC literate with intermediate MS Office level skills, particularly in Word and MS Teams.
  • Relentlessness to drive strategic tender projects to make Kingdom better every day.
