The successful candidate will develop, support, and lead the delivery of housing projects, focusing on new and affordable housing, as well as decarbonizing existing buildings.

  • Providing technical expertise to project teams
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including funding commissioners and local authorities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve housing targets and projects
  • Working closely with the Housing Partnership team to deliver quality outcomes

About the Person


The ideal candidate will have:



  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in housing or a related field
  • Experience in the housing development industry, including bidding for public funding
  • A broad understanding of development markets, with a focus on the residential market in the local area
  • Experience in financial management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
