Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at PWMG Limited. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and investigating claims, assessing compliance, and leading negotiations with sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate all claims, assessing compliance and level of fulfilment of sub-contractors' scope
  • Lead claim negotiations and document agreements or disputes with sub-contractors
  • Provide regular updates on claim status to Site Manager, Project Manager, and other related partners
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports to management when required
  • Support Project Managers to prepare data to substantiate clients' claims

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to professionally communicate with employees and outside partners
  • Well-organized, detailed-oriented, and able to adjust to changing priorities
  • Experience using data analytics and software to resolve claims disputes
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Available for international travel

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or strong preference for Law/Legal background

Minimum Experience: 5 years proven experience in a similar position

Work Environment: This position is available to support projects on a remote basis (home office), with occasional travel required due to project complexity.
