About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the engineering processes within our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a strong customer service focus, training, coaching, and mentoring the engineering departments to ensure they deliver a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the smooth everyday running of the departments
* Ensure the technical and administrative maintenance of all equipment
* Provide a strong customer service focus
* Train, coach, and mentor the engineering departments
* Oversee some satellite sites

What You'll Need:

* Experienced line manager with performance management expertise
* Ability to mentor and coach junior employees
* Technical experience in several different disciplines within the industry
* Extensive calibration knowledge
* A technical qualification such as HND, HNC, NVQ or above is desired
